We have a\u00a0commitment\u00a0and more importantly action<\/em> from our property owner on fixing the roof. His stated plan is to try for a green roof, but we’ll see what happens with the contractors bid from yesterday.<\/p>\n

This has allowed us to move forward with buildout at a higher confidence level than in prior weeks.<\/p>\n

  1. This week the wiring in the metalshop was completed<\/li>\n
  2. The circuit breaker was tested accidentally but successfully<\/li>\n
  3. Sourced: metal storage cabinet<\/li>\n
  4. Sourced: two desks<\/li>\n
  5. Sourced: a metal base and top for a really beefy yet portable main work table<\/li>\n
  6. Sourced: a fridge (yes!)<\/li>\n
  7. Sourced: a metal grinder and wire wheel buffer are spinning<\/li>\n
  8. Sourced: a Porter Cable cutoff saw<\/li>\n
  9. Sourced: a good selection of stock mild steel to assist in the buildout with tables, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Phew. Lots of stuff going on. Next up:<\/p>\n

    1. Build the metalshop worktable.<\/li>\n
    2. Acquire plasma cutter.<\/li>\n
    3. Slice up the old metal table that came with the space to make two smaller tables.<\/li>\n
    4. Focus on painting the clean room.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Looking to source the following:<\/p>\n

      1. Plastic curtain room divider.<\/li>\n
      2. Sizable window A\/C unit.<\/li>\n
      3. Paint gun (Aaron I’ll ping you).<\/li>\n
      4. Help with painting. Most everything is primed just need final coats.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
